When enrolling your dancer please ensure you are ready to commit to the full 4 weeks of the program. Should your dancer drop out at ANY point for ANY reason, all outstanding fees must be paid in full. If fees have been paid in full a refund will NOT be given due to the inconvenience caused to the Studio in filling the vacancy left once the program has started.

I understand and agree to settle all outstanding balances owing on the July Intensive Program should my dancer not complete the program for whatever reason.
